📋 What this does:
This tool will update all contacts to ensure they have the complete schema including:
✓ All standard fields (email, email2, phone, role, subRegion)
✓ Mailing list subscription (set to YES by default)
✓ Status field (active/archived)
✓ Timestamp fields (createdAt, updatedAt)
⚠️ Before you run this:
• This will set ALL contacts to subscribed to the mailing list
• Existing data will NOT be overwritten
• Only missing fields will be added
• Run this once after deploying the new version
